Project Regeneration is a consultative service provided by the Presbyterian Foundation for churches and ministries. Our Ministry Relations Officers guide congregations through a process of prayerful discernment through a series of meetings, held on site or virtually, to help churches consider a strategic approach for the future. Our approach includes a financial analysis to assess the viability of ministry, followed by a collaborative, innovative process that invites everyone to fully participate. We will provide reading materials, serve as speakers, guide discussions and share stories with you that will help you decide what’s best for your church.
Based out of Dubuque, Iowa, this ministry is led by Becky and Loren Shellabarger. They are already familiar with our presbytery, having worked with multiple churches in East Iowa. Their consulting ministry is focused on helping small churches reach their God-given potential. Their experiences are with small churches and their hearts are with you. Their goal is to help you to grow your mission, not just keep your doors open.
LeaderWise’s robust approach promotes health through comprehensive leadership assessments; a holistic approach to counseling, coaching, reflective supervision, and spiritual direction particular to the issues of leaders of service; and leadership development programs and consulting services navigating the complexity of organizations in Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) times.
