The Winfield Presbyterian Church is celebrating its 160th anniversary, which occurs on June 6, 2016, by highlighting the church’s history along with an associated scripture passage on the second Sunday of each month throughout the year. In July, the various banners in the church and who made or purchased them were recognized. In August, the church participated in the Crooked Creek days cardboard boat races and the parade. Future months will include “History Books & Pictures,” “Long-time members,” “Old and New Hymnals,” and more. The celebration will culminate in a catered meal on June 5, 2016. Congratulations to Winfield Presbyterian!
